Purchase the online portion of this course with us or at ShopCPR.  If you make the purchase through us we will assign your course within 48 hours of purchase and we are able to verify completion. 

NOTE:  This course requires an online course to be completed PRIOR to scheduling your skills session.  Please visit the link above or add on the course with us on registration.  A copy of the completion certificate must be brought with you to your skills session.  If you purchase the code through us we can access your certificate once complete through our portal.  Once you have completed your online portion please contact us to schedule your skills session at schedule@silverstaterescue.com or use the contact us form. 

 

Heartsaver Basic – Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Online is taught in a blended learning format. Students must complete the online portion, followed by the hands-on skills session conducted by an American Heart Association Training Center Instructor. Students who successfully complete the online course and skills session (sold separately), will receive a Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course Completion card, valid for two years.

 

Heartsaver Basic DOES NOT meet OSHA or other regulatory agency requirements. For a course that is designed to meet OSHA and other regulatory requirements,purchase Heartsaver Total. View the Heartsaver Course Path Grid to review Course differences.

 

Hands-on Skills Session (Sold Separately)   

 

A separate hands-on skills session with a Heartsaver or BLS American Heart Association Instructor is required to earn a Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course completion card, valid for two years.

 

What does this course teach? 

 

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED provides students the highest quality training in the lifesaving skills of first aid, CPR, and use of an AED. This course empowers students to act with confidence in the event of an emergency at work, home, or in the community.

Add-On Info All AHA classes require you to have a student workbook. If you have a student workbook from a previous class you may bring it. The Book is included in the class if you do not have one. Digital Student Workbook- This is a digital copy of your student workbook that will be stored and downloadable through the AHA website. If you opt in for a digital workbook you will receive a code and instructions to claim the code on your confirmation email. The Digital Student Workbook cannot be lost as is nice for a quick reference from anywhere! Add a mask, keychain face shield, or Narcan/Naloxone to complete your first aid kit and be prepared for an emergency today.
